Product Overview

This series contactor consists of an electrical insulating frame, metal base, shaft and crank arm, electromagnetic systems, permanent magnet, power modules, auxiliary switches, and vacuum interrupters.

Operating Principle

When control voltage is applied to the electromagnetic coil, the armature drives the crutch rotating to open the main contact in the vacuum interrupter. The auxiliary switch simultaneously cuts off power to the electromagnetic coil, transitioning to permanent-magnet maintenance. After power is interrupted by the control circuit, energy storage from the power module discharges to the electromagnetic coil for degaussing, and the main contact opens under the function of the opening spring.
