12kV Hydraulic Transfer Trolley for Circuit Breakers 650-1200mm

Product Introduction

The Hydraulic Transfer Trolley (commonly referred to as transfer trolley) is a patented product developed by our company as an advanced alternative to traditional mechanical transfer trolleys. This innovative solution consists of three main components: the positioning plate, cross structure, and base plate.

User-friendly design for easy handling
Wide application range for various circuit breakers
Available in multiple width options: 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, and 1200mm

Operation Procedure

Place the circuit breaker onto the hydraulic transfer trolley
Move the assembly to the switchgear front using directional and omni-directional wheels
Activate the hydraulic jack via foot pedals to raise the lifting bracket at a slight angle
Alternatively, use the release device to adjust the lifting bracket angle for descent
Align the trolley guidepost with the cabinet guide hole
Push the trolley forward to engage the guidepost into the guide hole
Secure the trolley to the cabinet using the fixed operating rod
Finally, insert the circuit breaker into the rail
