36/46KV 80KN High Strength High Voltage Insulator IEC 61109 Polymer Suspension Insulator

The 36kV polymer composite suspension insulator is designed for distribution line systems, offering reliable performance in demanding outdoor environments. Manufactured in accordance with IEC 61109 standards, it features a robust epoxy glass fiber core with a mechanical load rating of 70kN, ensuring excellent tensile strength and long-term durability.

The HTV silicone rubber sheds provide superior hydrophobicity and resistance to UV, pollution, and tracking, making this 36kV polymer composite suspension insulator ideal for areas with high humidity or contamination. End fittings are hot-dip galvanized steel or iron with stainless steel split pins, offering corrosion protection and secure mechanical connection.

With a creepage distance of over 1100 mm and a lightning impulse withstand voltage of 260kV, this composite insulator delivers dependable insulation and flashover protection in 36kV power networks.
