The 220kV composite polymer suspension long rod insulator is engineered for modern high-voltage transmission infrastructure. It features a high-strength epoxy fiberglass core and hydrophobic silicone rubber sheds, providing exceptional resistance to pollution, UV radiation, and aging in harsh environmental conditions.

For 220kV overhead lines, we strongly recommend installing corona rings. These components optimize voltage distribution at the end fittings and significantly reduce corona discharge, enhancing system performance and extending insulator service life.
