GDZ-58 Secondary Connector Socket for VS1 VD4 Circuit Breakers

Application

The GDZ-58 secondary connector socket is a new style product developed by our company using international advanced technology. It is compatible with current main vacuum circuit breakers (including VS1 and VD4 models) and can connect to popular switchgears such as the KYN28 series. Its performance meets both Chinese and European standards.

Structural Features

The product features a plug pin and plug hole contact structure with 58 contact pairs. The number of contacts used can be selected according to technical requirements.

Connection Method: Open the connector socket's locking device, separate the plug from the socket, remove the cover plates, insert the cable into the wiring holes of the plug pin or plug hole, and secure it with a special clamp. The plug pin or plug hole is inserted into the corresponding mounting holes of the plug or socket base. A clicking sound indicates proper installation. The cable exits through the wire lead and is matched with a professional plastic soft pipe (M36*8 with internal metal spring coating). Cover plates are fixed to the plug and socket base, while the other end of the cables is secured to equipment using a special turn head.

Special Demount Tool

Includes a special demount tool (fastening yoke) that allows adjustment of incorrectly mounted plug pins and plug holes without damaging their surface coating or the socket base.
