CD Series Secondary Connector Socket Siemens VCB Plug 24-64 Pairs

Structural Features

The connector socket features a plug pin and plug hole design with contact options of 24 pairs, 32 pairs, 46 pairs, or 64 pairs to meet technical requirements.

Compared to similar imported products, we've enhanced the connector between socket base and flexible pipe with improved fixed seat design. It comes with plastic flexible pipe (internally coated with metal spring) for durability, featuring an ergonomic exterior design for comfortable handling and easy operation. The built-in positioning device prevents misoperation.

Connecting Method

Open the connector socket's locking device and separate plug from socket
Remove the cover plates
Insert cable into plug pin or plug hole wiring holes and secure with special clamp
Insert plug pin or plug hole into matched mounting holes of plug/socket base until hearing a click sound indicating proper installation
Route cable through wire lead and match with professional plastic soft pipe M36*8 (internally coated with metal spring)
Secure cover plates on plug and socket base
Fix the other end of cables to equipment using special turn head
Connector socket cables are led out from the bottom and fixed to equipment
