CTB Motor Operating Mechanism Outdoor Circuit Breaker Spring Mechanism With GB1984 Compliance

CTB spring operating mechanism is available in two types: manual type operating mechanism and motor type operating mechanism.

This operating mechanism is designed for use with ZW32-12 outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (designed by Beijing Electrical Science Academy) and other nearby outdoor or indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breakers. Its performance meets the requirements of GB1984 (AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker) and the product's Technical Conditions.

• Manual type: Features manual energy-storage, manual closing/opening, and overcurrent protection
• Motor type: Includes motor or manual energy-storage, electromagnet or manual closing/opening, and overcurrent protection
• Over-current release protection control device provides surge current, time delay, and quick breaking functions

• Ambient temperature range: -45℃ to +40℃
• Maximum elevation: 2000m
• Maximum wind speed: 35m/s
• Humidity: Daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90% at +25℃
• Water vapor pressure: Daily average ≤2.2×10³MPa, monthly average ≤1.8×10³MPa
• Installation site must be free from fire hazards, explosion risks, severe contamination, and excessive vibration
